elysian is our divinely inspired, creative, beautiful, peaceful and perfect way sharing our eclectic and ever evolving practices of witchery by sharing our knowledge and offering magical products + services.

who are the elysian witches?
we are three witches and inspired students of the esoteric and mystical arts, each of whom brings their own eclectic and unique magical practices to elysian. we are modern witches and life-long practitioners with multifaceted interests in paganism + animism, traditional folk + ceremonial magick, traditional cunning arts, modern witchcraft, tarot + oracle divination, spell-crafting, death magick, spirit communication, plant witchery, herbalism, astrology, planetary magic, energetic healing + body work, geology + mineralogy, and we are all perpetual seekers always learning and growing from our personal spiritual work.

plant witchery honors the magic of healing plants and the poison path alike. witches, cunning-folk, healers, and magical practitioners have utilized plant magic for as long as humans have intelligently and intuitively interacted with plants.
the elysian witches believe that we are intrinsically connected to the divine, the universe, the creator/creatrix, spirits, our ancestors, all that is, will be, or has been through our interactions with nature. the elysian gardens were established in 2021 and it is in our gardens where we tend to our magic and our plants with the intention of utilizing and sharing them for medicinal, healing, and magical purposes alike.
the elysian gardens and our dreams for them are ever evolving and it's going to be such a magical experience watching them grow.​

the elysian witches are incredibly blessed to call the black hills of south dakota our home, to us this place is the definition of elysian and is at the center of our personal practices as witches. however, we understand this sacred and incredible landscape has a heart that we cannot claim as our own.
the black hills and the surrounding prairies are the unceded territory of the Oceti-Sakowin and as settlers our white ancestors were uninvited and unwelcomed here.
we will never repair the human-rights and spiritual violations committed against the indigenous peoples and their communities nor the damages done to their land by colonization by a statement of land acknowledgement. we can only offer our prayers that we may have the guidance and openness to learn how to be allies to the indigenous people and honor their ancestors, learning and unlearning as we go.
